VSM Builders has designed and carried out many projects for us over the past eight years. Some of these projects include the following. We wanted our basement finished, and we had a vision for a cozy, cabin-like feel, and VSM met and exceeded our expectations. We had a deck, railing and walkway that were more decayed than we knew, and VSM made time to quickly come to our rescue so all was repaired and safe for a family gathering. As a result of ice dams our roof leaked in 2010, and VSM helped us solve the multitude of problems that developed with our roof that winter. VSM also installed a beautiful sauna in a little used closed and oversaw the removal of our in-ground swimming pool.
In every case the quality of work was excellent and VSM met our budget and timeline. The professional service provided is reliable, timely, thorough and of high quality. VSM also has many subcontractor contacts as well who will do electrical or plumbing or dry wall work for the project, and these services were of the quality we expected from VSM.

I own an "old Stillwater house" (from the 1800s) and I could not have been more fortunate to find Victor Myers and VSM Builders, Inc. I have used VSM for house repairs and home improvements for over nine years. The work has included both exterior and indoor, large and small projects, ranging from solving a major water issue in my basement, complete roof replacement, dealing with rotted windows and siding, insulation upgrades and storm window installation, to structural and finish carpentry work in my kitchen and front porch, as well as plumbing and electrical upgrades for my bathrooms.

We have used VSM Builders, Inc. for two projects in our home. In both projects we found Victor to be thorough in his planning, diligent in carrying out the work expected, and careful in the details of the work. Before beginning a project he has all craftsmen (plumber, electrician, painter, tile installer, etc) involved in the subcontracting on site to see the job. He always arrives at 8:00 am ready to begin each day's work. He is methodical about the process, and has the materials ready that are needed at each step. Throughout the project he listens to the home owners concerns, explains the work needed to accomplish the job, and completes the work in a timely manner. We have been very pleased with the quality of the work, and appreciate the value he places in making our home a better place in live. We retained VSM Builders initially to remodel the master bath. At our request, Victor thoroughly remodeled the bathroom, removing old fixtures, cabinets and bulkheads and installing new cabinets and fixtures. His own work was performed professionally and in a timely manner. The subcontractors chosen by Victor for the plumbing and tile work were likewise highly professional. Victor carried out the entire project to our complete satisfaction.

Within days of contacting VSM Builders, Inc. Victor was in our home working on a plan with us and suggesting some great innovative ideas that were both practical and within our budget. Our first experience with this company was so enjoyable that we contacted Victor again in the Summer of 2012 to do some more remodeling that included adding 3 skylights. Victor and his network of contractors are exceptional. The quality of work that he coordinated to accomplish re-roofing, demolition and remodeling that included foam insulation spray, electrical, sheet rocking, and the installation of carpet was superb--not to mention that he obtained all the necessary permits.
